Our Vintage Elm Coffee Table 'Alva' is a stunning original piece featuring plenty of character and a beautiful aged patina.  This piece is a Kang table originating from Shanxi province in Northern China and dates from the late 1800s.  Traditionally, Kang tables were used on either side of the kang, a raised heated stone platform in wealthy Chinese homes used as a bed. 

Pop in front of a sofa for the perfect spot for a coffee and book or use as a side table or even next to/at the end of the bed. 

A solid piece to last a lifetime!
